The learning is online and is done through explanations and demonstrations with step-by-step details carried out live by the teacher. The course methodology is very similar to the face-to-face one and the personalized interaction with the student is our greatest value. In this sense, we differ widely from other online education platforms.

OBJECTIVE

Online learning of the essential topics to achieve a professional quality work, selection and way to use materials, the making of skin colors to achieve a realistic representation of the human figure, focusing on the anatomy of hands, eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth. Color application and shading.

Previous drawing knowledge is not necessary since the design chosen by the teacher will be traced on the canvas.

LEVEL

For all who wish to get closer to realistic painting technique.It will be a challenging and demanding project, a course for all levels: for beginners, it is important focusing mainly on the learning process and not so much on the final result of the work. The process will be very enriching. According to the personal level, each student will obtain a different learning experience.

MODALITY

Live broadcasting by ZOOM platform, free and available for computers and mobile devices (tablets and cell phones).Some purposes of the Certification: to paint along with the teacher, share workshop days talking about the process of creating a painting, oil realism, art related topics in general, and painting in particular. There will be space to questions & answers,  and students will receive feedback, comments and suggestions on their progress.

RECORDED CLASS

Live classes will be recorded and those enrolled will have access for a review. This possibility also allows the student not to miss a class in case of internet connection failure or other problems.

PERSONALIZED FEEDBACK: 

Students will receive written comments and suggestions about their progress from teacher Omar Ortiz.

SUPPORT DIDACTIC MATERIAL

Photo images and video for didactic support are provided. To access this material, the student is required to have a Gmail address, to access on Google Drive.

Certification is structured in 6 classes, arranged in three workshops, two days each.

SCHEDULE

10 AM to 4 pm, with 30/40 minute interval at noon Mexico (Guadalajara) time.

 ART MATERIALS 

The Workshop is with oil paintings, on canvas  and brushes of different sizes and qualities. Those enrolled receive a file with the necessary basic materials.

Total  $650. (american dollars)

The balance U$ 360,  can be paid in 2 parts of U$180  before September 15th and October 16th
